This Policy describes how we process your personal data when using Kobe Assistant, our intelligent conversational agent designed to guide your shopping journey dynamically and efficiently.

1. Personal Data

In order for the assistant to function as a digital sales consultant, we process the following information:

Chat Interactions: We collect the descriptions and requests you send via chat (e.g., “I want a blue evening dress”) to process and provide real-time recommendations.

Data required for the Contracting Party (retailer) to deliver the product: We collect your full name and full address.

Transactional and behavioral data: Information about your purchase history, viewed products, and browsing preferences is processed to provide personalized and contextual suggestions.

Kobe uses artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to improve our services and user experience. We are committed to the safe and responsible use of AI, in accordance with applicable law, prioritizing your privacy and data security. Although AI systems may process your data to provide personalized experiences, we do not use AI for automated decision-making involving personal data processing without human oversight. We review our AI systems for bias and accuracy and provide transparency regarding when and how AI is used in our services.

2. Purpose of Data Processing

We use your data strictly for:

Personalization: Tailoring suggestions to specific occasions (e.g., running shoes).

Continuous Improvement: Improving, developing, and training the intelligence and performance of the AI and our services, as well as conducting research, for example, to develop new product features.

Performance Analysis: Monitoring metrics such as sales and abandoned carts to improve the shopping experience provided by the retailer.

3. Data Sharing

We only share data when necessary for the execution of contracts and services provided by Kobe and with partners that comply with security standards compatible with the LGPD, such as:

Technology and security providers (cloud hosting, analytics);

Competent authorities (when required by law);

In cases of international data transfer, we ensure the same level of protection required by Brazilian law.

4. How We Protect Your Data

Security: We adopt strict security and monitoring standards to protect your privacy and ensure legal compliance.

Training: We provide privacy and data protection training to our employees and maintain contractual confidentiality clauses.

Nature of the Technology: Like any machine learning system, AI may occasionally produce “hallucinations” (irrelevant responses). 5. How Long We Retain Your Data

In accordance with data protection legislation (LGPD), the data subject (user) has the right to request access, correction, information, withdrawal of consent, or deletion of personal data maintained on the platform through the Kobe support channel indicated at the beginning of this document.

Kobe continuously implements updates to Kobe Assistant, and such updates may affect how your personal data is processed. Therefore, whenever changes occur in processing activities, this Privacy Notice may be updated.

Changes may occur at any time and as often as necessary. For this reason, it is important that you review this Privacy Notice periodically to stay informed about any modifications.
